At our practice, we are committed to our patient's well-being by delivering the best care possible. We are a safe and nurturing environment where adolescents and young adults, ages 12-24 years of age, can receive Confidential reproductive health services (birth control, pregnancy testing, STI testing and treatment) without parental consent and regardless of ability to pay as part of our Title X Family Planning program participation. Our practice is easily accessible and conveniently located near the Rush University Medical Center campus. "AFC" physicians are board-certified physicians with the knowledge and skills to care for the complex needs of adolescents.

Confidential contraception/birth control, STI testing & treatment, and pregnancy testing services are provided regardless of ability to pay. For all other reproductive health services, the Adolescent Family Center accepts Medicaid insurance.
